Temporary to permanent Purchase Ledger role with a property management company based South of Leeds centre. When the role is made permanent there is the option to be supported through AAT and gain experience outsider Purchase Ledger. There is parking on site and this is an office based role to include;
- Managing the Purchase Ledger (posting invoices, statement reconciliation, making cheque/bacs payments), bank reconciliations.
- Responding on a daily basis to emails sent to the accounting team.
- Confirm the accuracy of supplier statements and escalate any discrepancies.
- Supporting all other members of the finance team with ad hoc and general accounting and administrative tasks.
