?? Job Title:Temporary Receptionist - DBS Required
? Hours: Monday - Thursday (8am-12pm), Friday (2pm-6pm)
?? Salary: £13.15 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities include:
?? Greeting visitors, students, and parents in a courteous and professional manner.
?? Promptly and efficiently answering and directing phone calls.
?? Managing inquiries, providing accurate information, and directing individuals to the appropriate personnel.
?? Assisting with student sign-in and sign-out procedures.
?? Collaborating with teachers and staff to coordinate student arrivals and departures.
?? Handling student attendance records and communicating with parents regarding absences.
?? Supporting administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
?? Assisting in organising school events, meetings, and conferences.
?? Acting as a liaison between parents, teachers, and administrative staff.
?? Updating and maintaining contact information for students and parents.
???? To thrive in this role, you should possess:
�? A high school diploma or equivalent.
�? Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
�? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
�? Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office applications.
