Temporary Team Assistant for Healthcare Organisation
Job Description
We are working on a fantastic new Temporary Team Assistant role, supporting the events team at a National Healthcare Organisation. The office is based near Euston and on the lead up to their conferences, it gets incredibly busy, so they need an extra helping hand. This is a temporary role so candidates must be available immediately.
We have worked with this client for many years, and they have a great working culture and really respect work life balance. The successful candidate will be joining a friendly, but hard-working team so proactiveness, initiative and drive are key for this role.
Duties include:
- Scheduling all the conference bookings
- Liaising with sponsors and speakers prior to the events
- Internal purchasing and arranging couriers
- Supporting events team with administrative support
- Ensuring supplies for the events are prepared
The right candidate must be a team player and have a very high attention to detail.
