Job Title: Administrator
Location: Watford
Salary: 11.50ph
Hours: Temporary - Monday, Wednesday & Friday 8am - 4pm or with some flexibility. Moving to a permanent role after one month on a FULL TIME BASIS 5 days
As a Administrator you will be responsible for
- You will work within a small team (2-3) within the HR team supporting with all administration
- Produce letters and documents using templates
- You will be communicating with internal staff in relation to queries
- High volume mail merge usage as well as using Docusign
- There will be an opportunity to grow the role and take on additional responsibilities inc payroll

- You will have had administration / HR experience within a commercial office environment
- Be able to communicate effectively over the telephone and email
- Be a proficient user of Word and Excel
