Contract: 6 month temporary contract with possible extension
Office Angels are proud to be supporting this business in their search for a Administrator within the ER department, this is a temporary 6 month contract. This will be 5 days in the office working 37.5hrs a week.
The duties in your role would be:
- Email correspondence
- Minute taking in meetings
- Setting up team calls
- Sickness / welfare meeting invites
- Sending invite letters
We'd love to speak to candidates who have:
- Experience in taking notes during meetings
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- A desire to work in HR
- The ability to start a new role almost immediately
