JOB TITLE: 10 Week Temporary Administrator role

LOCATION: Rickmansworth - Free parking available

CO. TYPE: Finance

HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm / 9:30 - 6 (You will work an alternative shift pattern over 2 weeks) 5 days in the office (There is a possibility you will need to work 1 day of the weekend ,4 times out of the 10 week assignment which you'd have a day off in the week)

* Must be able to commit to the whole duration of 10 weeks *

The day to day duties in your role would be:

• Checking documents
• Liaising closely with team members
• Inputting data to a system
• Ensuring the highest standard of accuracy
• Using Word and Excel

• Good eye for detail
• IT Literate
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
