Job Summary
A5 Terminal Business Manager you will be required to deliver a high quality, safe and secure terminal operation that meets all agreed customer service standards within the set budget. In this role You Will be responsible for DAY TO DAY leadership of aft Ground handling operations within their designated terminal meeting the service standards, safety standards and procedures, and security of operations You will be arranging and implementing policies and procedures that meet the KPIs set by the company ensuring they SATISFY the customers’ requirements and service level agreements (SLA) as well as complying with the rules and regulations of the relevant regulatory bodies. With support of the Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for The pr0fit & loss, budget preparation and delivery of the annual Budget for their terminal. You will! also be responsible for production and process of strategic plans. You will be leading the delivery of change activity as required for corporate and /or local needs.
