SalaryKarno Energyis an engineering company focused on the digitization of Building Information Modeling (BIM). The company offers a comprehensive approach to designing engineering systems using renewable energy sources and advanced BIM construction technologies.
Our projects include office buildings, large premium residential complexes, hospitals, and schools. Notable projects include the reconstruction of Big Ben, Google's main office, and work in Cambridge.
Scope of Operations:
90% — England, Germany, Estonia.
10% — Ukraine.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
Business Development Manager- an individual who will effectively build long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B client management for at least 3 years (preferably in construction/building/engineering)
- Knowledge of modern outreach tools such as LinkedIn outreach, social networks, Email marketing, etc
- Understanding of the engineering and construction sector
- Fluent in English
- High negotiation skills
Responsibilities:
- Establishing contacts and entering into partnership agreements with clients
- Utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Outreach, social networks, email marketing, and physical meetings to identify clients and secure cooperation agreements
- Collaborating with the team to gather information and refine calculations
- Monitoring the team's workload and determining completion deadlines
- Project support at all stages (from initial contact to final settlements)
- Ensuring client satisfaction and encouraging the extension of the agreement
- Invoicing and payment control
- Issuing weekly reports to the client as needed

- Work in a comfortable office in London (1C Claremont Rd, Teddington TW11 8DH, United Kingdom)
- Working hours from 09:00 to 18:00 (flexible hours and hybrid mode are possible after a trial)
- Freelance contract for the trial period and employment contract after
- Salary of £28,000 per year + £42,000 bonuses (± depending on the results)
