Job description

Our client is looking for a Territory Associate to join their team in North London. They’re ready to take on a future leader, so if you’re looking to begin your career in the medical devices industry and have been in sales for a couple of years - or you have prior experience at a clinical support level looking for that step up - this is an excellent opportunity for you.

The company

Our client is one of the fastest-growing medical device distributors across the UK. They produce a cutting-edge portfolio of solutions within the spinal, ENT, sports medicine, and pain management markets.

They pride themselves on their close-knit culture. They can also offer you a competitive salary and bonus scheme, alongside a car allowance and exciting technology benefits.

This organisation provide great opportunities for autonomy and allows individuals to progress in their careers quickly, whilst directly feeling the impact they can offer the business. If you are a hard worker and passionate about the Gynaecology market in Women’s Health, this would be a fantastic opportunity to steer growth in this department.

The role

You’ll become specialised in our client’s laser-focussed portfolio and travel across your territory to provide theatre support to vascular surgeons and key professionals in the gynaecology field.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work in the Pain Management sector, where you will steer and promote product growth in the Gynaecology & Colorectal markets. You will spend 80% of your time in theatre and covering cases, whilst 20% with prospecting new business and relationships to contribute to the overall division revenue.

You’ll also support current accounts within your assigned territory as well as growing the patch further.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Setting, exceeding, and meeting sales goals and objectives
  • Building strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Improving customer satisfaction through support and training
  • Developing an understanding of the entire portfolio, including wound care
  • Travelling nationally and internationally

The requirements

Ideally, you’ll be degree-educated within a scientific discipline and have a passion for human biology. Other requirements include:

  • Enthusiastic, determined, and hyper-organised
  • Comfortable working in a team environment
  • Able to build strong relationships
  • Hunter mentality, proactive, and fired up
  • Excellent listening and influencing skills
  • Full UK driving license and willing to travel
  • Flexible to work late nights and overnight stays

This role is based in North London and requires occasional national and international travel.
