We are looking for future leaders and experienced technical sales specialist looking to either break-in or continue to develop their Medtech sales careers.

THE ROLE:
We are recruiting for two roles: one in Rockhampton, which is at the doorstep of the Great Barrier Reef, and the other in Toowoomba, just within a short 2-hour drive from Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast!
In these roles, you will specialise in orthopaedic joint replacement and have the opportunity to engage with robotic-assisted surgical technologies.
- Represent a range of products in the Joint Replacement portfolio
- Taking ownership of your territory with a high degree of responsibility
- Leveraging your business acumen, technical expertise, and clinical knowledge to drive growth and exceed sales targets
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with surgeons and theatre staff to optimise product utilisation
- Develop partnerships and provide technical and clinical support in the operating theatre
ABOUT YOU:
- 2+ years of sales success in the medical device industry
- Orthopaedic joint replacement experience is an advantage
- Tertiary qualifications are required
- Proven track record of overachieving sales targets
- Excellent communicator and networker
- Strong ability to win others over
- Capacity to learn and support highly technical surgeries
- Thrives and performs well under high-pressure situations
- Ability to build strategic, trusting, long-term relationships
- High achiever in all aspects of life - driven to deliver outstanding service
