Mechanical Test Fitter
MAA Recruitment are partnering with one of Scotland's leading engineering manufactuing companies and they are looking for Mechanical Test Fitters to join their team in Glasgow due to an increased order book.

Nitty Gritty
You have at least 2 years mechanical test expeirience
Are able to work on a variety of components
Participate in operational tests by controlling various aspects of the test parameters such as temperatures and pressures
Installing equipment which could mean securing temporary foundations, pipework installation and rotor alignment
Able to work a 37 hour week
Have the ability (if you wish) to work overtime
Be available for further training.
Hours of Work:
7.45am-4.30pm Mon - Thurs
7.45am-11.45am Fri
This is a dayshift role at the moment but there could be scope for this role to become nightshift which will attract a time and a third rate.
At the moment there is plenty of overtime available and this is time and half for overtime during the week and time and two thirds all weekend.
