37 hours per week
Pay Rates £300 - £450 per day Umbrella.
Experience:
- Carrying out vehicle system safety testing for vehicles fitted with ADAS and Automated Driving Systems.
- Working from the technical specification of the vehicle to be tested; Select the tests that need to be carried out.
- Select and configure the appropriate test equipment and facilities.
- Prepare the test vehicle with all necessary test equipment. Carry out the tests and report results.
- The importance of testing experience is essential.
- Someone who has held addition driving permits at a manufacturer or proving ground is a good illustrator.
Essential:
- Experience of working with/understanding regulations and standards.
- Work from technical drawings, diagrams and specifications.
- Operating test and recording equipment
- Analysing data or documents and reporting on findings.
- Delivering outcomes on time and to a high standard.
- Electronics background useful as will be using robots
- Full UK driving license
