We are currently recruiting for a Theatre Practitioner - Orthopaedic Scrub to join the theatre team at a prestigious private healthcare provider in the Croydon area

The main duties of the Theatre Practitioner - Orthopaedic Scrub role include:

• Provide safe and high-quality patient care throughout the perioperative phase, while aiding in managing and organizing care within the Operating Department.
• Support the delivery of patient care.
• Play a role in improving quality standards.
• Foster the growth of skills and knowledge in both oneself and others.
• Advocate for and apply evidence-based practices within one's professional scope to ensure optimal patient care.

What we are looking for in a successful candidate:

• Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration

• Surgical first assistant qualification highly desirable
• 2 years working in operating theatre with Major orthopaedic experience
• Mentorship qualification desirable
