Senior L and D Partner

£36,680 - £38,611 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Learning and Development Partner to join our busy team in our Property Services Hub. The position will be based at Francis Street, Hull but there will be occasional independent travel depending on business needs. Learning and Development is a big deal at Sanctuary and is recognised as an integral part of the way we do business.
The Senior L and D Partner is a highly visible learning, design & delivery role that works across all business areas The Property Hub. The Property Hub is all about maintenance with predominately back office procedures for example voids, inspections, P&C work, serious incidents, invoice processing and planning of the day to day operatives. You will develop and nurture strong and effective relationships to enable the design and Delivery of cost effective and engaging learning and Development programmes. You will need proven coaching and/or training experience and a huge passion for quality and customer service. Dedication, reliability and commitment to the role is key.
The role of Senior L and D Partner will include:
- Researching, designing, delivering and evaluating innovative, fun, blended & cost-effective Learning and Development solutions
- Supporting operational planning and recommending improvements to support the needs of the Group and enable staff members to perform at consistently high levels
- Providing an effective consultancy anD Partnering service to key business stakeholders across the Group
- Creating bespoke L&D and Quality Performance interventions to drive objectives across the group
- Working on business led projects with an L&D focus
- Managing and maintaining effective relationships with internaL and external customers
- Supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of an effective evaluation process
- Working with the Property Hub Management to review, enhance and redesign L&D content to bring modern learning styles and approaches to the content and Delivery
Skills and experiences:
- Recent experience in a similar learning and Development role is essential as is practical experience of designing and Delivering training and being able to explain ROI.
- Experience or exposure to modern L&D principles and ideas.
- Demonstrable experience of managing projects with good project management skills
- A clear understanding of designing and Delivering innovative and effective learning and Development solutions
- Relevant professional qualification relevant to a Contact Centre environment and or experience
- This role will involve driving on company business with the provision of a company vehicle (hire car or use of their own car with appropriate insurance), so drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
