SSA are recruiting for a Senior Engineer / Site Agent to join a leading Civil Engineering & Utilities contractor working on Water projects in the North-West, such as deep drainage, water treatment upgrades, tunnelling, shafts, and mains replacements. 
The Senior Engineer / Site Agent would be responsible for:

• Managing day to day site operations 
• Ensuring construction is completed in accordance with company & industry health & safety standards, and is in budget, and on the expected timeline
• Liaising with internal teams to plan and programme construction and installation works
• Management of plant, materials, and site labour
• Subcontractor liaison and management
• Leading site meetings to discuss project resources, timeline, budget etc
• Contribute to work planning, and briefing project teams, contractors, and suppliers
• Full handover of projects
