Total Reward Manager

Oakleaf Partnership are supporting a global technology business with their search for a Total Reward Manager.

Reporting into the VP of HR your responsibilities will include:

– Taking ownership for the UK, Europe and APAC regions
– Working on developing the reward strategy, building out policies and ensuring that the reward offering is competitive and market leading
– Supporting with the development of the companies benefits offering
– Working on a number of projects through the year including M&A and integrations
– Managing pay review and working on BAU reward

We are looking for someone with a strong Total Reward background and has international experience. The role is based in London
