Town Planner - Development Management
An exciting opportunity has presented itself for an experienced Town Planner to join one of the UK's leading residential care home developers as part of their dynamic Leeds based team!
My clients reputable, close-knit, and thriving team have been leading the UK market in purpose build residential care homes. The have over three decades of experience and innovation in the sector with an impeccable track record of providing excellent services and design.
For this position, the successful candidate will be an experienced Planner with a background in either the public or private sector and will be charged with managing planning project work in-house as part of the team.
Duties of the role will include site appraisals, preparing reports and statements, and submission of planning applications, negotiating with local authorities and other parties involved in the application process!
The ideal candidate will be MRTPI Chartered, or in the process of submitting, and will have enough previous experience to take ownership of projects and will have a high standard of written and verbal communication, with excellent interpersonal skills.
