We are currently working closely with a highly revered planning consultancy in Manchester that is eager to welcome a talented Town Planner to their team.
Our client has an enviable roster of clients and a track record of delivering exceptional results across various sectors on flag ship projects across the country including residential, commercial, and renewable sector. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting senior colleagues on a diverse range of projects.
Conducting research and analysis to support planning proposals.
Preparing planning applications and documents.
Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
Collaborating with the team to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives.
What We're Looking For:
A Town Planner with a Masters in Urban Planning or a related field (ideally RTPI accredited) and having made a start on RTPI APC.
At least 18 months experience in a town planning role.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Eagerness to contribute to the success of projects and the team.
