Penguin Recruitment is delighted to present a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, enthusiastic, and astute Town Planner to join a leading Planning and Architecture practice in Camden, London!
My client is an integrated Architecture and Planning practice that offers the full-service, providing guidance and bespoke solutions on project feasibility, planning applications, appeals, enforcement and more. The majority of clients are in property investment, development, management, and leisure companies as well as educational institutions.
The team work on a range of exciting projects across London and the Southeast including minor and major new build residential developments, community and leisure schemes, complex refurbishments & conversions as well as extensions to existing commercial and residential properties. The current team is made of up 20 talented and dynamic Planning and Architecture professionals, and the company culture is youthful, forward-thinking, and ambitious!
Candidate Requirements

• Demonstratable previous experience within the private sector (ideal, public sector exp welcome).
• MRTPI Chartership, or in the process of submission.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to working from own initiative as well as part of a team.
• Open-minded, forward thinking, and enthusiastic.
