George Boyd in Kirkcaldy are recruiting now for a part time Trade Counter Assistant with a driving licence, working 20 hours per week.

Working Hours
Tuesday to Friday 930am to 230pm (No weekend work)
Basic salary + Pension + Life Assurance + 33 days holiday per year (pro-rata)
Location: George Boyd, Smeaton Road, Kirkcaldy, KY1 2HA
As a Trade Counter Assistant will have one of the most important roles within the branch.
You will regularly be the first and last point of contact for customers visiting the branch so you play a huge part in delivering a fantastic customer experience.
To support the team you will be;
- Dealing with customers face to face on counter
- Help to prepare customer orders, load and unload customer and supplier vehicles, ensuring accuracy at all times
- Check incoming deliveries and report missing or damaged products
- Maintain warehouse stock level
- Carrying out regular stock counts
- Make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work
- Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement
- Support with deliveries to client site as and when required
- Assisting with delivering products by van to customers in the field
