Job Title : Trade Repairs Supervisor
Location: Walton on Thames
Salary: Up to 41,000 per annum
Role Type: Permanent
Looking to recruit a Trade Repairs Supervisor to a leading Property maintenance Contractor based around South West London
Responsibilities:

• Supervise Field Operatives on property maintenance and social housing contracts.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality service and work scheduling in line with company standards and SLAs.
• Attend client and resident meetings as part of the company representation.
• Manage the responsive repairs department to meet performance targets.
• Oversee material costs and adherence to processes and procedures.
• Conduct work inspections and analyze performance data and customer feedback.
• Lead and develop the team, ensuring optimal staffing levels for service provision.

Requirements:

• Experience at a supervisory level within property maintenance or social housing.
• Proven ability to manage teams and projects effectively
• NVQ in a trade related industry
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
• Full UK driving licence
