The Position: Trade Sales Account Manager
The Role:
● Manage and develop a portfolio of trade accounts, fostering strong business relationships and maximising sales opportunities.
● Act as a product expert, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our double-glazing products and their technical aspects.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, production, and timely delivery of products to customers.
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting potential trade customers and nurturing leads to secure new accounts.
● Conduct regular site visits to trade customers, providing product training, technical support, and addressing any concerns or issues.
● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
● Communicate with trade customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Utilise your knowledge of window designer software to provide accurate quotes, designs, and technical specifications to customers.
The Person:
● Previous experience in a Trade Sales or Account Management role within the double-glazing industry.
● Proficiency in window designer software and ability to create accurate quotes, designs, and specifications.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
● Excellent product knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of double-glazing products.
● Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
● Self-motivated, organised, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
● Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel for customer visits when required.
