Trade Sales Assistant (Part Time)

This role will include developing trade relationships, consulting on residential and commercial projects and placing high value orders ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish. You'll need to be confident and have professional client-handling skills, with a great work ethic, and a natural flair for selling our scrumptious stuff.

We're looking for someone who can be flexible with their hours. As a minimum, we'll need you in our West London office 2 days a week with the remainder working from home. Ideally you'll work 4 hours a day, Monday to Friday, to cover 10am to 2pm but with the ability to flex up your hours when it's busy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You'll need to :

• Promptly respond to all email tickets, answering customer enquiries brilliantly and efficiently.
• Be super alert to when our phones ring, answering customer calls within just a few seconds.
• Stay calm under pressure - it's a busy industry and our customers can get demanding.
• Create Sales Quotes and process Sales Orders.
• Be the point of contact for our trade customers throughout their Loaf journey, ensuring they are kept up to date and informed.
• Be confident when placing high value orders and be a fusspot about the details.
• Help our trade customers with their decision-making, providing honest opinions and styling advice for their projects.
• Look for opportunities to suggest additional products.
• Actively build relationships with current and prospective trade clients.
• Be an ambassador for our brand, taking pride in representing Loaf and supporting us with our mission to help people lead happier, more relaxed lives.
• Talk about our products and brand with confidence and passion.
• Commit yourself to becoming a student of our brand, our products, processes, systems and our customer experience ethos so you can be the very best Loafer you can be.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

• Obsessed about interiors and the Loaf brand.
• Proven experience working within a customer-facing role and preferably within the interior design world.
• Ability to keep calm under pressure whilst dealing with high value orders and demanding customers.
• Top-notch communication skills - both verbal and written - with a high attention to detail.
• Highly motivated - not settling for anything but the best.
• A quick learner with lots of common sense.
• The ability to work independently.
• A fusspot about detail.
• A great team player with the ability to promote and help build a positive work environment.
