Responsibilities
• Review sales and trends, providing insight for management reporting• Review Stock Management system, creating and reviewing orders• Review shortages on products and orders, identifying and highlighting and providing solutions to any service level issues• Liaise with Logistics and Trading teams to review any delivery intake requirements• Forecast and understand the impact of weather, promotional schedules, seasonal and events on reorder volumes and use this insight to inform reorder levels• Create and maintain reports on various systems• Maintain and update contract pricing• Maintaining accurate and up to date product and supplier information• Prepare and check promotional sheets and pricing• Identify opportunities for process improvement and improved ways of working
Requirements
• Working towards Third level business related qualification• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office solutions, particularly Excel• Excellent standard of numeracy• Data inputting, analysis and tracking to a high degree of accuracy• Ability to analyse and interpret data• Strong communication and organisational skills• Ability to adapt quickly to changing demands and condition• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills• Knowledge of Foodservice supply chain (Desirable)• Demonstrable experience of working in project teams (Desirable)
