TRADING OPERATIONS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER
Salary: £35,000 per annum pro rata
Reports to: Operational Support Manager
Department: Marketing, Fundraising and Engagement
Location: Home-based or Sterling House, Oxford (1 -2 days per week). Please note that, if home-based, there will be regular travel expected to Oxford (to be discussed during Interview)

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Trading Operations Improvement Manager. We need you to develop, manage and monitor the delivery of the support required for our Trading team by the Internal support teams. You will understand processes, produce documentation including RACIs and annual delivery plans. As a result, you'll work closely with internal teams to improve SLAs, moving to an excellent standard of delivery.
What will I be doing?
Working across Trading and the Operational Support Team (OST) to ensure the delivery of all administrative support required for our store and field teams
Building and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of the Trading/OST systems, tools and processes and strive for continuous improvement
Ensuring full process documentation and process flows for all activity are kept up to date
Creating a full year and ongoing yearly delivery plan of the support required for Trading by the OST to ensure annual cycles of activity still take place with appropriate timing
Developing and maintaining a solid understanding of the regulatory, legal and operational risk environment
Responsibility for the development and diligent file management of all projects, processes and activity under remit
Supporting and being a key representation in the implementation of Volunteer Management System (VMS) for Trading, and being responsible for the production of training documents relevant to this area.
