General hours of work are 40 hours per week with overtime opportunity. Hours and shift patterns tend to fall on days. You may be also required to work evenings, nights and weekends, notice will be given to make arrangements. You will also be required to be on the on-call rota especially if you have the use of a company van.

Responsibilities:
The Traffic Management Operative sits at the heart of everything we and you will be responsible for:
- Installing, maintaining and removing temporary Traffic Management such as deploying cones, signs, frames, sandbags and other equipment on low-speed roads.
- Undertaking traffic counts, calls to clients and subcontractors, timings and near misses
- Maintenance of temporary traffic lights
- Helping and guiding new trainees
What good looks like for Traffic Management Operative:
- Minimum M1M2 or SLG Unit 2
- Knowledge of Chapter 8
- Physically fit and able to pass a safety critical worker medicaland any other relevant medical assessments your offer will depend on the outcome of this
- Full driving licence, with no more than 6 points
