Responsibilities:
- Direct vehicles to appropriate parking areas or designated loading/unloading zones
- Guide drivers to navigate safely through the site
- Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and site-specific safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with drivers and other personnel via hand signals, two-way radios, or other communication devices
- Monitor traffic flow and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor
- Assist with the implementation of traffic management plans and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of vehicles entering and exiting the site
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Traffic Marshall or in a similar role is essential, with a ticket to back up.
- Familiarity with traffic control procedures and regulations is a plus
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
