We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Traffic Marshall to join our dynamic team on a busy construction site in Wakefield. Key Responsibilities: Directing and managing vehicular and pedestrian traffic on and around the construction site. Ensuring the safe and efficient flow of traffic in and out of the site. Coordinating with site supervisors and other team members to maintain a smooth workflow. Implementing and enforcing safety regulations to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of all on-site personnel. Communicating effectively with drivers, delivery personnel, and construction staff.Requirements: Valid CSCS card and Traffic Marshall certification. Proven experience as a Traffic Marshall on construction sites. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to traffic management on construction sites. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Reliable and punctual. Full UK driving licence is preferred.
