Our client provide insurance for the Golf, Sports & Events sector and they are currently looking for a Trainee Account Handler to join their team.
It's an excellent opportunity to join their thriving company in Harpenden. The company, whicj also has offices in the Lloyd’s Insurance building in London, is a part of one of the largest insurance groups in the United States and they specialise in providing insurance-backed products to clients in the sports, marketing, and event industries both in the UK and overseas.
This is an entry-level position and will be based within the Golf Insurance team, focusing on offering Hole-in-one insurance to organizers and sponsors of Professional and Amateur Tournaments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Addressing customer inquiries and providing comprehensive product information
- Generating quotations through phone and email communication
- Managing detailed orders and securing sales
- Ensuring continuous customer support
Requirements:

- Strong phone etiquette and good at building rapport with people
- Fast and accurate computer skills
This role is well-suited for A-Level school leavers, recent graduates, or individuals with some prior customer service experience.
