Trainee Administrator

Honeycomb is delighted to be recruiting for a rapidly expanding Insolvency Practice based in Lisburn. Due to business growth and internal promotions, they are seeking a Trainee Insolvency Administrator to work alongside their seasoned Practitioners, to support with the management and processing of cases. This role is best suited for someone who is diligent with a key eye for detail, and has experience working within a fast paced office environment.

• £23-24k with annual reviews

The Role

Working alongside the Practitioners you will be a fundamental part of managing the cases and ultimately the success of the business! Full training will be provided and so you must have a proactive mindset and be eager to learn.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Processing a high volume of data
• Preparing files in advance of client meetings
• Liaising with creditors
• Managing incoming emails and post
• Collecting necessary documents for cases
• Utilising paperless filing system

The Person

This role would be suited for individuals who have recently graduated or left school and are seeking an opportunity to establish a really great career within a professional services environment. Candidates with administration or customer service experience may also be suitable!
