Trainee Administrator
This is a full time position Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with hybrid working arrangements split across our Byfleet office and home working
Basic salary up to £26,000 per annum, depending on experience
Requirements
Here at Stirling Ackroyd Group, we are looking for an enthusiastic and organised person to join our Branch Coordinator hub based from our head office in Byfleet, Surrey.
The main purpose of the role is to provide remote administrative support to the estate agency branch network of nearly 40 branches to ensure compliance and accuracy is upheld to our company standards, from a centralised hub where you will be a key member of a team, working together to complete the following duties;
- Working closely with our Sales & Lettings agents to market all properties on the relevant portals in line with company standards, including drawing up floor plans and ordering the boards
- Liaising with our agents to ensure any actions created such as property instructions, or price changes through to notifying any offers are completed thoroughly including generating and distributing any documentation, and ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
- Producing property brochures and other marketing material upon the branch requests
- Updating and maintaining the database ensuring compliance is maintained throughout
- Assist in creating and distributing reports on a weekly basis
- Supporting the branch network in any tasks as required, including visiting branches regularly to offer any support that cannot be completed remotely
- Supporting and maintaining the head office and any general enquires
The successful candidate will have/ be;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Focused on finding the best solution possible for all parties, in a timely manner
- Able to work independently and also as part of a team, effectively contributing toward departmental projects, targets and wider objectives
- Resilient and consistent when faced with conflict and driven to resolve challenges positively
- Structured and organised with strong time management skills
