We are keen to find a hard-working Trainee Block Manager for our client. Our client is a specialist in residential block management and due to continued growth in their portfolio they are looking for a Trainee Block Manager to join the team. Full structured training will be given along with the chance to gain professional qualifications. To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 1 years experience in Lettings or AST Management. You must be organised and have very good customer service skills.

Trainee Block Manager duties will include:

• Providing exceptional levels of service to clients
• Visiting sites and ensuring contractors attend to works
• Preparing and issuing service charge budgets
• Completing Section 20 Notices
• Liaising with internal accounts and utilising specialist property management software
• Attending AGMs
