Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for an Energy Assessment business Nr Melton Mowbray.
The role offers a career in the assessment of environmental and energy efficiency of Commercial and Residential Buildings.
Hours of work - some flexibility required - 8.30am to 5.30pm / 5pm finish on Friday - office based.
The job will involve visiting Commercial and residential properties to test the following:-
· Sound - Level 1 qualification to be obtained
· Extraction - Level 1 qualification to be obtained
· Air Tightness - Level 1 , 2 & 3 qualifications to be obtained.
Travelling to the customers site driving a company a van - driving the vehicle so all candidates will require their own transport and a full, clean, driving licence
Meeting the customers on site and discussing the test results - Good confident communicator with the ability to hold professional conversations with the customer will be required.
Recording all test results and data on a computer laptop - good IT skills will be required for the role.
This is a entry level role with a salary offered of minimum wage £22,500 per annum. Upon obtaining your first qualification you can expect a £1000 increase in salary. Employees with 2-3 years of experience are earning approx £28k per annum with the ability to continue to increase over time.
There is a technical bias to the role and would therefore suit candidates with a qualification in Physics or a scientific subject.
