Pro currently has a new opportunity for a Trainee Claims Assistant to join our Claims Central Services Team in an administrative capacity, supporting an existing client.
Pro operates a hybrid working model and the majority of this role will be working from home with travel to your nearest ELPL hub once a week in Horsham, Liverpool or Glasgow and other locations on occasion.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Managing internal mailboxes creating post items in Pro’s systems
- Indexing incoming work items (where required)
- Review of first notification of loss, setting claims up on Pro’s systems and Post functions.
- Reviewing and paying Invoices
- Reviewing and updating weekly ELTO tracing lists
Competencies:
- Previous administrative experience is essential
- Proficient IT skills, especially Microsoft Teams, Word & Excel
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to plan and organise your own work
- Timely and accurate data input skills
