Description of the Business Line or Department
SG Kleinwort Hambros provides individuals, families, entrepreneurs and family offices with comprehensive wealth management and private banking services including investment management, domestic and international wealth planning, lending, fiduciary and banking services, as well as mid-corporate advisory services on both a direct and intermediate basis.

SG Kleinwort Hambros is a part of Societe Generale Private Banking and operates a full-service private bank in the UK, Channel Islands and Gibraltar while serving clients in the Middle East, Southern Asia and Western and Central Europe.
Summary of the key purposes of the role
Lead on private bank social media activity and help grow engagement rates
Support internal communication and engagement efforts
Organise internal and external events working with the Societe Generale central events team
Summary of responsibilities
INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
• Own and manage bi-weekly note and other in person, written and video communications channels
• Create and manage internal surveys
SOCIAL MEDIA
• Lead on private bank social media including LinkedIn and Instagram for the UK, Channel Islands and Gibraltar
• Increase engagement rates
• Manage editorial calendar for both planned and opportunistic posts
EVENTS
• Working with the Societe Generale events team, organize and help manage external client events
• Help organize and manage internal employee events such as town halls and breakfast events
BRANDING & VISUAL CONTENT DESIGN
• Help design and create visual content for external and internal use
• Record and produce reels for use on social media
HOW THE ROLE IS PERFORMED
Perform all duties in accordance with the principles outlined in the SGKH Code of Conduct, and the SG Code, as well as the policies and procedures relevant to your responsibilities, to ensure that you adhere to a culture that focuses on the long-term sustainability of client relationships and delivers good outcomes to retail clients

Experience in banking and financial services ideal but not essential
Adept at social media and an ability to translate longer form communications into short form posts
Fluency in a Windows environment
Knowledge of video recording and editing apps preferred
Experience with design software such as Canva
Excellent spoken and written English and familiarity with French
