We are on the lookout for a driven individual to join our dynamic team of on-site support technicians installing our doors and Windows. As an initial trainee, you’ll deep dive into our business, master our diverse product range and become a wizard in our streamlined processes.
As a Trainee Technician you will be hands on with installation projects and servicing Origin products. You will be working alongside our trade customers and on site with clients who are part of the friends/family/influencer scheme. You will gain in depth knowledge of the Origin product range for top-notch technical support internally and externally. You will become well-versed in department policies and procedures, delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities for an On-Site Support Technician Trainee include:
- Visit sites for installations of our product range, ensuring top-notch quality.
- Act as a field technician, providing assistance for in depth assessments of issues relating to the Origin product range and their installation.
- Evaluate product performance, suggesting modifications and improvements.
- Hands-on troubleshooting, service, and repairs on-site, ensuring safety and responsibility.
- Complete service work reports, vehicle checks, and debriefs on time.
- Record all installations and on-site works with customer sign-offs and photographs.
- Adhere to company health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Assist the marketing team with photoshoots and launch events.
- Collaborate with the design team for product testing, providing valuable feedback and solutions.
- Work seamlessly with internal sales and technical support teams, offering guidance to trade partners over phone or video calls.
