We are looking for a trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. You must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and candidate management skills.
Do you have:
- A passion for making a difference in education
- A background in sales or recruitment would be a benefit, but a can-do attitude is essential.
- Understanding of an education setting (ideal) business-oriented mindset
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet strict deadlines
Salary and benefits:
- Salary £23,000 to £25,000 and OTE in the first year £35,000
- Generous commission structure (up to 20%)
- Clear and transparent career path
- Full Time and permanent
- 30 days annual leave and reduced hours in the school holidays (4 hours in the summer)
- 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home
- 8.00 to 17.30 in term time
- Open to term time working
