• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Be confident in dealing with all manner of individuals including senior executives
• Have a competitive nature and thrive on a challenge
• Be creative and think outside the box to find and offer solutions to clients
• Have a genuine interest in the education sector and be empathetic

Your Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify, attract and on-board outstanding teachers and support staff
• Promote your services and candidates to target schools in your geographic area
• Work towards meeting financial targets as set out in the probationary period
