The Role of a Trainee Recruiter:
As a Trainee Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our organisation's success by:
Networking for New Candidates: Building connections and relationships within the industry to identify potential candidates.
Headhunting New Candidates: Proactively seeking out top talent in the Blockchain and Crypto sectors.
Reviewing and Identifying Good CVs: Evaluating resumes to identify potential candidates who align with client needs.
Producing Adverts: Crafting compelling job advertisements to attract top-tier talent.
Organising Interviews and Guiding Candidates: Coordinating interview processes and guiding candidates through the recruitment journey.
Delivering and Closing Offers: Facilitating offer negotiations and ensuring successful placements.
What We're Looking For:
We seek individuals with:
Work Experience: Previous work experience is advantageous.
6+ Months of Direct Sales Experience: While not essential, direct sales experience is preferable.
Interest in Blockchain/Crypto: An interest in the Blockchain and Crypto industries is a plus.
