Description
Duties and Tasks of the Trainee Finance Data Clerk
- Manage and process various claims efficiently using multiple of systems and Excel on a daily basis
- Communicate with customers to address inquiries and resolve any query related issues.
- Uploading data and producing reports
- Coordinate with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Build strong relationships with clients to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
Profile
Skills required the for Trainee Finance Data Clerk:
- Ability to use excel, create formulas and have skills including pivot tables and vlookups
- Analytical thinker when problem solving
- Enjoy the use of systems and interest in working with PowerBi, IMacros, SQL, Python and automated systems
- Good attention to detail and enjoy working in a detail orientated role
- Officer data experience
- Ideally you will have qualifications towards, Accountancy, Economics, Mathematics or similar
