£24,000 - £35,000 basic whilst in training for first 12 months

Leads provided.

Are you an aspiring Financial Adviser who is passionate about the Financial Services Industry and would like to develop as part of a flourishing and exciting firm?

If you’d like an employed role in which you can start without prior experience and gain your qualifications (if you haven’t already), this could be the role for you. You will have access to industry leading training and support to develop from an administrative position, in which you learn processes and systems whilst you study towards your qualifications, to shadow the Principal and become more customer facing as you grow in confidence and become more proficient.

After approximately 12-18 months, you will benefit from further training and career development to enhance your skills and continue your journey from being a Trainee Adviser into a fully-fledged, proficient expert Financial Adviser.

The firm is well established, growing and has an outstanding reputation in the market. They offer a positive working culture, with leads provided and continued support from the business to enable you to build up your skills and confidence.

This is an office-based role, dealing with clients face to face and virtually. As an adviser, you will benefit from having access to a comprehensive administrative support service and will be part of a top performing team with a true focus on quality and great customer outcomes.

Duties initially as part of the support team:

  • Initially carrying out an administrative role, supporting advisers with their administrative requirements.
  • Maintaining robust and accurate records on the internal CRM.
  • Undertake basic fact find activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities from existing client bank and previous advice opportunities, together with other available sources.
  • Liaise with advisers, clients and finance providers to implement recommended advice.
  • Prepare presentation pack including collating all relevant and appropriate forms, reports, additional documents and brochures using the appropriate checklists.
  • Undertake research to identify suitable solutions to meet the clients’ needs.
  • Monitor and maintain client assets on Platform.
  • Ensure all compliance paperwork is on file and in order.
  • Monitor progress of new business cases and respond to queries or requests for further information.

Key duties as you develop into an advice role:

  • Fulfilling ongoing servicing requirements to existing clients, carrying out reviews relating to pensions and investments.
  • Carrying out remote meetings and establishing client requirements.
  • Liaising effectively with the administrative team to ensure all paperwork is completed and records are up to date.
  • Delivering an excellent level of service on all financial advice, and working with clients to achieve excellent customer outcomes.
  • Ascertaining the future financial planning needs of clients.
  • Keeping up to date with all industry knowledge and market developments.
  • Partaking in ongoing training and CPD.
  • Obtaining client referrals and growing the client base to enable future development.
  • Meeting all regulatory requirements and working in line with FCA and industry standards.

This is a role that rarely arises in the industry, for an exceptional firm who are supported by an award-winning network. You will have access to a competitive bonus scheme, continual career development and progression opportunities, and will have access to leads from day-one of your Financial Adviser journey to facilitate your personal advancement, from Trainee Financial Adviser, to an accomplished and highly regarded industry expert.

If you want to be a part of the exciting evolution of this business, get in touch and don’t delay. Send your CV in application or get in touch for more information.
