One of our clients in Suffolk is looking for a
Trainee Gas Engineer to join their team. The Trainee will be put through an Engineering apprenticeship and will be trained on the following: Gas Safe resgistered to ACS level in Gas Domestic Core LPG Safety PO, Vess1 and Electro Fusion Jointing, Vess 2 and Gas or LPG Meters. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start their Engineering career andprepared to commit for 3 years training.
Responsibilities include: Assist Engineers in the installation, exchanging and uplift of LPG Vessels.
To attend and make safe emergency call outs.
Loading and unloading of vessels at depots and terminals.
Completing service works on installations.
Key facts: The training provided will build the skills and knowledge to enable you to become a qualified LPG Engineer.
Working within a regoinal team of approximately 20 Field Engineers.
Company vehicle, PPE and full kit provided.
You must have
a full UK driving licence with access to your
own vehicle,experience working outdoors and with
hand/electrical tools is essential and you must hold a
grade 4/C in Math and English GCSE.
