Our Client is a well-established Independent Financial Planning Practice based in the Heart of Huddersfield who now have an excellent opportunity for a Trainee level Administrator to join this highly regarded practice.
Our Client maintain an exceptional reputation for providing highly technical bespoke solutions to their clients. The main purpose of the role will involve working closely with the Financial Advisors and Paraplanners in which main responsibilities will;
Processing new business applications
Obtaining valuations and assisting in the production of Investment plans
Assist in production of 'Mindmaps' for Advisers as a result of discovery/fact find meetings;
Regular upkeep of electronic filing systems
Provision of ad-hoc data, analysis and reports
Welcome clients and visitors to the office
Responsible for the internal functions related to the managed portfolios
Writing suitability reports for the financial advisers and support
Maintain and update relevant office processes, procedures and policies
Build and maintain a detailed knowledge and understanding of our record keeping requirements.
Ensure you are able to use the necessary applications and back office systems to deliver your work.
