Location: Letchworth, SG6

Salary: £10.42 per hour (increasing to £11.44 in April)

Hours: 6 AM - 3 PM, Monday to Friday

Must hold a valid UK Drivers License

We are currently looking for a motivated and energetic Trainee Labourer/Warehouse Operative to join our team in Letchworth, SG6. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ready to embrace the challenges of physical labour while gaining invaluable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading materials from delivery trucks.
• Support the sorting, movement, and storage of goods within the warehouse.
• Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and organized to maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock levels.
• Learn and adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and a willingness to engage in physical labour.
• Excellent physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
• Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work from 6 AM to 3 PM, Monday to Friday.
• No previous experience required – full training will be provided.
