• Actively engage in the company’s structured training program, covering mortgage regulations, lending practices, financial products, and sales techniques.
• Observe and learn from experienced Mortgage Brokers during client meetings, loan applications, and negotiations.
• Continuously seek opportunities for learning and skill development to enhance expertise in Mortgage Brokerage and financial services.
• Learn to process mortgage applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Conduct research on mortgage trends, interest rates, and competitor offerings to stay informed and provide valuable insights to clients.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining client documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy throughout the mortgage application process.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads, follow up on inquiries, and support marketing initiatives to generate new business opportunities.
• Continuously seek opportunities for learning and skill development to enhance expertise in Mortgage Brokerage and financial services.
• Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns
