Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible (under supervision) for the safe and efficient delivery of projects assigned to the job holder providing leadership and guidance to project team members
- Working towards providing highly technical and complex experience-based advice and judgements on which customers will rely on for safe systems at work
- Under supervision - Surveying potential projects, estimating requirement in terms of human/equipment resources, materials etc, drawing up and submitting accurate quotations and tenders in a timely manner
- Implementing the highest levels of safety on site-based projects
- Assuring the quality and accuracy of services delivered to our customers, ensuring an excellent client experience
- Working closely with the Administrator and other Project Managers within the division to ensure the efficient use of resource
- Under supervision drawing up risk assessments/method statements and issuing to the client in good time ahead of Project Delivery
- Assisting with continuous improvement within the department and being a representative where necessary

About you
The ideal Trainee Project Delivery Manager will be/have:
- English and Maths GCSE level 4/C
- Clean driving licence
- Fall Protection experience:; Roof Top Safety & Access, Revac Rescue, First Aid at Height (As this is a trainee role these courses are all offered at the beginning of employment)
- Basic understanding of relevant BS, EN and ISO standards. As a trainee, working towards learning these on the job
- Basic understanding of the theory of work at height and access techniques including rope access where required
- Demonstrable ability to build and maintain client and colleague relationships
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
