As a Trainee Quantity Surveyor, you will have the chance to learn from experienced professionals in the field and gain valuable hands-on experience. No experience required, this role is perfect for individuals with A Levels or above who are eager to develop their skills and knowledge in quantity surveying.
You will be working with the Commercial Manager and be responsible for managing all costs relating to the projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. You will also be involved in material requisitions to the buying department & final account agreements. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards. Full training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will need minimum A Level qualifications. You will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and have a keen eye for detail.

You will need to have a valid driving licence to be able to travel to customers in and around the Midlands, Office working hours are Monday Thursday 8:30-17:00 Friday 16:00 finish this will vary depending on travelling to / from customers sites as and when required.
