Trainee Rail Track Operative Role - Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire - No experience needed!
Role includes full training to work on the railway and carry out track repairs, maintenance, installations and more.
Salary :
- £25,000 - £32,000 starting salary (average salary bracket)
- Earn up to £38,000 per year plus (experienced)

Job details:
- Up to 40 hrs per week
- Various days and shifts
- Most work is within a 90 minutes commute
Training:
25 days training including:
- Rail skills fundamentals
- Theory and practical
- Track maintenance
- Track construction
- And more
Followed by 10 days Safety Critical Training:
- Personal Track Safety (PTS)
- Track Induction (TIC)
- Overhead Lines Engineering Construction (OLEC 1)
Role:
- Track maintenance.
- Track construction.
- Tack inspections.
- Risk Assessments.
- Manual handling.
- Use of small tools and plant.
Requirements:
- Must be able to commute to Kirkby-in-Ashfield
