The recruitment industry is an exciting, highly-competitive, demanding, and fast-paced sector. To equip you for this role we will give you structured training in how to become a successful recruiter. We will give you one-to-business coaching, classroom-based learning and ongoing mentorship. We have one of the best training teams in the recruitment industry. At Interaction you will be working alongside some of the most talented and successful people in the UK recruitment industry.
What are we looking for?
· Ambitious and driven people wanting to earn more than £60k pa.
· High-achievers who have a desire to work in a more entrepreneurial environment; or
· You may already be in recruitment and looking for a management opportunity.

What is the role?
This role is for successful professionals wanting to become recruitment entrepreneurs. You will be sales person and good at winning business.
Recruitment is a very satisfying and rewarding career where you are helping people to find jobs and businesses to find staff. There is a good degree of sales in recruitment so you must be comfortable to very keen with sales and selling.
At Interaction your earnings are unlimited and in your first year you should expect to earn £40k+. Earnings potential is superb with our high-achieving managers earning £60k+ per annum and many earning £75k+. For individuals with aspirations to move into higher leadership roles Interaction provides talented individuals the opportunity to quickly achieve promotion to Senior Manager, Regional Manager and Director.
