Form of workTrainee Recruitment ConsultantWatford£22,000 - £25,000 + Bonus (£30K OTE)Caledonian Recruitment Group are a unique and dynamic staffing business who supply both Permanent & Temporary operatives across a variety of sectors.We are looking for a very driven and proactive Trainee Consultant / Resourcing Consultant with an attention to detail to join our growing company in Watford, Hertfordshire.What does this job require from you? * You will provide a high level of support to the Sales Teams, working alongside experienced Recruitment Consultants to help fill client vacancies. * Carry out daily Candidate Searches using internal databases, social media platforms and online job boards. * Interview and assess candidates by phone. * Manage a varied workload, prioritising tasks by applying excellent time-management skills in a very fast-paced environment. * Be comfortable and enjoy communicating with people at all levels face-to-face and over the telephone. * Have the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients as well as candidates. * To be confident and competent on a PC using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Email. * Managing our daily adverts and social media posts across the group. Previous experience using Facebook and Linked In via a business capacity would be a huge advantage.It doesn’t require a Masters Degree to become successful in this position… However, it will take drive, an attention to detail and the hunger to progress up the career ladder.You will benefit from 25 Days holiday per year (Plus Bank Holidays) and Pension Scheme.
